RESTAURANT SERVICE

If your booking includes full board, you can enjoy the meal starting from lunch on the day of arrival. If you do not use it, you will be given a packed lunch as a replacement at check-out. No refund will be given for meals not consumed during your stay. For bookings in Sleep and breakfast, we inform you that you can always use our restaurant service and the cost of the meal for direct bookings is €20.00 per meal.

PARKING SERVICE

The hotel can provide you with parking service at a cost of €10.00 per day . The parking is located 500 meters from the hotel and the duration of the service is expected until 11.00 on the day of your departure. The service is subject to availability and will be guaranteed only if booked.

PARK AGREEMENTS

We have an agreement for the COSTA parks (Aquafan, Oltremare, Acquario le Navi and Italia in miniatura) that you can request at our reception so you can take advantage of the €2.00 discount on the full ticket price in addition to the fact that you will skip the queue at the park ticket offices.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Shuttle service available from Riccione station to the Hotel at a cost of 10.00 euros per ride. You can contact us for any request for the service.

STAY WITH PETS

Our facility accepts small/medium-sized pets, a supplement of 15.00 euros will be requested for the final sanitization of the room at the end of the stay.

We remind you to bring your 4-legged friend's vaccination booklet with you because the lifeguard will ask for it to allow him access to the beach (which must be booked)

We trust in the good sense of the owners in evaluating whether their animal is suitable to stay in a hotel context with other people, we are keen to guarantee a calm and comfortable environment for all our guests, both two-legged and four-legged.

CHECK IN

To speed up check-in you can send us, via WhatsApp (using the WHATSAPP button in this email), photos of your identification documents (identity card, driving license or passport). In addition, 24 hours before your arrival at the property you will receive a link via email where you can check-in online.

For minors between 16 and 17 years of age who are not accompanied by their parents, a delegation will be required which you can download by clicking the following LINK and which must be delivered by hand upon arrival at the hotel.
For the rest, the same applies as above... send via Whatsapp the photos of your identification documents (identity card, driving license or passport) to begin entering your personal details.
