GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Reservations: To receive a personalized quote without obligation, please contact us. Once we have received your request, we will send you an offer valid for 48 hours. The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation deposit, according to the methods indicated in our proposal. Read our general conditions of sale carefully, available on our website or at the reception. For reservations made through online portals, the specific conditions of each portal apply

Prices: Our weekly packages (Comfort, Quality and Executive) include special rates with discounts and additional services. For stays of less than 6 nights, we will apply bed and breakfast rates per room. The prices indicated are in euros and do not include the tourist tax. To find out in detail the services included in each package and the applicable rates, we invite you to consult our price lists on the website.

Payments: To guarantee your reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to 100% of the value of your stay for stays under €450 and 30% for stays longer than that. The payment of the deposit, in addition to confirming your reservation, certifies acceptance of our general conditions, which can be consulted on our website or at the reception. The balance must be paid upon arrival. Please note that meals not consumed are not refundable.

Check in / Check out : To ensure an efficient service, we inform our guests that the rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please also vacate the assigned parking space by 10:00 am. The booked and confirmed room will be kept available until midnight on the day of arrival. In case of delay, please inform the reception promptly. Failure to communicate may result in the booking being cancelled.

Accommodations: Single rooms are available upon request and are subject to a supplement. Double rooms can be configured with a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference. The prices indicated are per person and can be consulted on our official price lists. For updated rates and availability, we invite you to consult our website or contact us directly.

Reservation changes by the customer: Any changes to the reservation (number of people, dates, etc.) must be communicated to the hotel at least 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, penalties may apply. For changes, we will send you a new quote. Please note that the deposit paid is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation penalties before the start of the stay: To cancel your reservation, you must notify the hotel at least 30 days in advance. In case of late cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty. If the cancellation occurs from 15 to 30 days before the arrival date, you will be issued a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit, which can be used for a subsequent stay.

During the stay: If the customer decides to leave earlier than the scheduled date, he/she will be required to pay the full amount of the booked stay. This is due to the fact that once the booking is confirmed, the hotel can no longer offer the same room to other customers. Therefore, early cancellation entails an economic loss for the hotel.

Damages: Please report any damage to the room upon check-in. If any damage is found that was not reported upon departure, the customer will be liable for compensation. The amount will be determined based on an assessment by technicians and based on our rates.

Parking: The hotel offers paid parking. Guests are advised that the parking is not guarded and that the hotel declines all responsibility for any damage to vehicles. Parking spaces must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
