GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Reservations:
Following a request from the Customer, the Riccione Hotels srl booking office will present a quote for each room that will remain unchanged for 48 hours and can be accepted or rejected by the customer. The booking is considered completed only when the hotelier or whoever acts on his behalf communicates the relative confirmation of acceptance of the same via email or by telephone via WhatsApp. The rooms requested by the customer will be reserved until the confirmation deposit arrives, which must be received via postal order, bank transfer, online payment via the credit card circuit. The "booking" as per the law is considered a contract that obliges the parties to comply with the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE SERVICE. For rooms booked from sales portals such as booking.com, Expedia etc. etc., they will be managed according to the sales contract of the channel used.
Prices:
All rooms managed with full board rates will be subject to supplements and reductions (per person) expressly indicated on the Hotel price lists on the online site and which are intended for minimum stays of 7 days. For reservations shorter than this period, rates will be bed and breakfast and the price will be intended as "per room" no longer per person, therefore NO reductions will be applied. All prices indicated in the relevant price lists are VAT included and expressed in Euros.
Payments:
In order to guarantee the reservation, the consumer is required to pay a confirmation deposit equal to 100% of the proposed price of the entire stay for stays under €150.00, while a payment of 30% of the value of the stay will be requested for quotes over €150.00. The confirmation deposit must be paid by the customer only when the hotel confirms the availability of the room and communicates the acceptance of the reservation. By paying the confirmation deposit, the customer demonstrates his/her knowledge of the hotel's quality standards through information material such as brochures or the online site and the related general conditions of sale. Failure to pay the amount established as a confirmation deposit within seven days constitutes a termination clause of the contract by the hotel. It is specified that reservations for which no confirmation deposit is received will not be guaranteed. The balance of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival at the hotel after the customer has viewed the accommodation reserved for him, during which he will be required to check the perfect conditions of the room and promptly report any anomaly found to the reception staff. The balance of the "extra" expenses can be paid the evening before the day of departure. No refund is provided for meals included in the booked treatment and not consumed in the Hotel, while any meal not consumed on the day of arrival may be refunded or recovered, subject to the availability of the restaurant room.
Check in / Check out :
As per international hotel convention, rooms are available to guests from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The parking space used in the hotel's reserved areas must also be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The room booked and confirmed by deposit will be guaranteed to the customer until midnight on the day of arrival. After this time, in the absence of communication of any delays, the hotel will be considered free from any contractual obligation and may reassign the room in question.
Accommodations:
Single rooms, always on request, are subject to a supplement expressly indicated on the Hotel's price lists in the relevant means of communication (website, brochures, web portals, etc.). Double rooms are provided with a double bed (composed of 2 single beds joined together) or, upon request of the customer, also with separate beds. The price of the stay is expressly indicated per person on the official price lists of the Hotel.
Booking changes by the customer:
Any change to the original reservation (reduction in the number of people in the room, length of stay, etc.) requested by telephone or email must be communicated to the hotel at least 7 days before the expected arrival date and the hotel will formulate a new estimate with the new request. In the event of failure to communicate, the hotel management will retain the entire amount of the confirmation deposit requested as compensation (as provided for in art. 2 of Chapter I "various services and work performances" of the Provincial Collection of Customs) for each person who does not show up at the hotel and the hotel will formulate a new estimate with the characteristics of the new reservation.
Cancellation penalties before the start of the stay:
The consumer who withdraws from the contract by giving notice to the hotel within 30 days, before the beginning of the stay, will be charged as a penalty (guaranteed by a deposit) the entire amount of the deposit requested, while in a period longer than 30 days a voucher of the amount of the deposit paid will be issued to be used in the following summer season.
During your stay:
The customer who, after the start of the stay, needs for personal reasons to reduce the period of stay compared to that booked and guaranteed by the Hotel, is required to pay for the entire period previously booked as this sudden change will result in a failed sale and consequent economic loss for the company which in the meantime will have had to renounce the transfer of the room in question to other booking requests.
Damages:
Any damage to the room not reported by the customer upon arrival and found by the staff during the stay will be entirely charged to the customer, after having examined the competent technicians, as per the price list.
Parking:
The hotel's parking areas are unattended and made available to guests upon payment of the applicable fee. The property will not be held responsible for any type of damage to vehicles during parking. As already stated above, the hotel's reserved parking spaces must be vacated by guests by 10:00 on the day of departure.
INFORMATION pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 (protection of personal data) The processing of personal data, the provision of which is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract, is carried out in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, in paper and digital form. It is specified that the above-described conditions of sale have been drawn up in accordance with the law and submitted to the legal office of the Riccione Hoteliers Association.
